Terms

These terms cover coaching with Full Frame Living, LLC ("I," "me"), run by Daniel Yoo. They apply to the 3-Session Coaching Package and the 9-Week Coaching Program. By checking the box at checkout, you agree to them.

What you are buying

  • 3-Session Coaching Package. Three one-hour sessions by video call: Mindset, Emotional Intelligence, and Behavior. A short intake comes before Session 1. $397.
  • 9-Week Coaching Program. Nine weekly one-hour sessions by video call. No intake. $1,497, paid in full.

Coaching is one-on-one and Christian in perspective. You do not have to share the faith to work with me.

Not therapy

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, or medical care. I do not diagnose or treat. It is not meant for anyone in active crisis. If you are, call or text 988 in the United States, or contact emergency services. I may suggest outside support if I think you need it.

Payment

Payment is due in full before your first session and is taken through Stripe at checkout. There are no payment plans.

Scheduling and cancellations

  • You can reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge.
  • With less than 24 hours' notice, the session counts as used. I may make an exception at my discretion.
  • If I need to reschedule, the replacement session is free.

Refunds

You get a full refund if you ask before your first session or within 48 hours after it ends. Tell me in writing. Email is fine: hello@fullframeliving.com. After that, payments are non-refundable. In extenuating circumstances I may offer a partial refund or a credit, at my sole discretion.

Confidentiality

What you tell me stays between us. The exceptions:

  • You may harm yourself or another specific person.
  • A child, an elder, or a dependent adult is being abused or neglected.
  • The law requires disclosure.

I will not share your information with anyone else, including a referral, without a separate signed release from you. I will not use your name, story, or results in marketing without your written permission.

Your part

Coaching works when you take part honestly. That means completing the intake (3-Session Package), showing up, and doing the exercises between sessions. I do not guarantee any result. What you do with the work is up to you.

Ending coaching

Either of us can end coaching with written notice. If I end it because your needs fall outside coaching, I refund any sessions we have not held. The sections on not therapy, confidentiality, and liability continue after coaching ends.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Full Frame Living, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from coaching.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.

Changes

If I change these terms, I will update the date at the top of this page. The terms in effect when you purchase are the ones that apply to you.
