Privacy Policy

Full Frame Living ("I," "me") is a coaching site run by Daniel Yoo. This page explains what information is collected on fullframeliving.com and how it is used. It is short because there isn't much.

What I collect

  • Your email address, when you take the free assessment and enter it to see your result.
  • The goal you pick in the assessment, including any text you type if you choose "Something else."
  • Your result group. Your answers to the twelve statements are scored in your browser and are not sent to me. The group your result falls into (belief, emotion, habit, or all three) is recorded by which email list you are added to.
  • Basic visit data that any website host collects, such as your browser type and which pages were loaded.

How I use it

  • To send you the confirmation email and any emails you signed up for.
  • To understand which kind of help is most useful, so I can improve the assessment and my coaching.
  • To reply when you contact me.

I do not sell your information and I do not share it for advertising.

Who handles it

A few services process information on my behalf. Each has its own privacy policy.

  • Kit (kit.com) stores your email address and goal and sends my emails.
  • Framer (framer.com) hosts this website.
  • Calendly (calendly.com) handles call bookings if you choose to book one.

Emails and unsubscribing

You have to confirm your email address before you are added to my list. Every email I send includes an unsubscribe link. Using it removes you from future emails.

How long I keep it

I keep your information until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information I have about you at any time by emailing hello@fullframeliving.com. I will respond as quickly as I can.

Not therapy

The assessment is a coaching tool. It is not therapy, a diagnosis, or medical advice. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services. In the United States you can call or text 988.

Children

This site is for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If I change this policy, I will update the date at the top of this page.
