The Whole Man

A free self-assessment guide built around six areas — identity, your emotional life, your story, what you're carrying, how you love, and what now. Honest questions, no fluff, nothing to sell you.

01

Identity

Who you are when everything you do is stripped away.

02

Emotional Life

Learning to feel honestly instead of just pushing through.

03

Your Story

How your past is still quietly running your present.

04

What You're Carrying

The weight you've never set down.

05

How You Love

Whether you're actually showing up for the people closest to you.

06

What Now

The calling you keep talking yourself out of.

What is Full Frame Living?

Life is hard. It definitely was for me — a divorce, a series of layoffs, an unplanned pregnancy. I went deep into therapy, counseling, and personal development, and it helped more than I can say. But it never quite painted the whole picture. There were still unanswered questions, things that felt incomplete.

Eventually I found my way back to God — and found the missing piece. But I'll be honest: growing up in a Christian household, faith alone didn't carry me through the modern nuances of life either. It didn't hand me the practical tools that therapy and personal growth did. What I slowly realized is that neither one works alone. Both are necessary. Both have to work together.

That's where Full Frame Living was born — the intersection of where personal growth meets faith.

Side note

Before all this, I spent over a decade as a professional videographer — I thought film was my calling. "Full Frame" is a gentle nod to that love of filmmaking, something I still carry with me. In film it means the whole image is captured, nothing cropped out. Turns out that's exactly what I was after in life, too.

Most men never stop long enough to do this. The ones who do come out knowing themselves better than they did an hour before.
